• Yes, you can! There is a vibrate mode and an airplane mode. But the watch does not match the mode your phone is in, so if your phone is on silent, it's possible still for your watch to alert you.

• Yes you can mute it. Slide your hand up on the main screen and hit the bell button it will mute
