Is this watch able to text when paired with iPhone? null

Yes, but there is no keyboard that I could find. It seems to be either a choice of drawing each letter, or dictation, or setting some predetermined phrases for quick responses. When using dictation, my wife said that she has not found a way to manually fix the content when the dictation just doesn't get it right. So when I get some odd texts, I no longer worry that my wife is having a stroke, I just know she is using dictation on the watch to answer.

Yes. Short pre-set text messages (e.g., Thanks), are available and can be adjusted within the Apple Watch app on the iPhone; you can also add your own ready to use text messages. You can also write a text on the screen and it will recognize the characters, but its practical for very short responses. You can also compose a text using your voice. Emojis are also available on the watch.

Yes you can reply with your watch when it is paired to the iPhone it give you custom txt or voice dictation.
