• Yes it will send a notification when your resting heart rate exceeds the norm for ten minutes This is how I figured out I had a problem. I went from 33 to 177 in one day. However it won’t notify you of just any change, only when it elevates like I mentioned.. But you can see a graph of where you are hourly,
