Yes it does. So long as u take it to the carrier u use. They do charge for cellular service to ur Apple Watch. Series 3. If it’s att go to their store. They will sync it. I enjoy my watch. It’s way better than carrying ur phone all the time. Siri is very helpful. Go to google and search what u can do with ur Apple Watch.
