Does this watch have cellular phone capabilities? null

Apple Watch connects to iPhones. Calls come in from iPhone and connect to watch. You can talk and text through an Apple Watch as long as you have an active cellular contract. Apple watches also sell models that have cellular, see models that say + cellular, which will require a cellular contract with your watch. As long as you have active cellular on your iPhone a non cellular watch is not necessary because your Apple Watch will share service with your iPhone.
