Best smart watch
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I know some people are android people. I tried. I had the galaxy gear and overall was happy with its functionality. Something about the clean design of the Apple Watch made me come back to Apple. I had been looking for a used watch since I went back to Apple and my husband wanted me to to have a new one and talked me into this one. I love rose gold and it is a little more professional and classy. The size looks perfect on my wrist. Now they made so many stylish bands for these watches unlike when they were first released. Pro Easy to use. Easy to find information on how to use the watch or change functions. Apps are streamlined. The apps that are already on the Apple phone are easy to use and understand to start watching your fitness. Band options and styles. Size isn’t overwhelming. You can make the watch look stylish or sporty. Price options to fit most budgets. Prices are pretty much on point for all prices of smart watches. I like that they give you two bands for small or large. They didn’t when they first came out. Cons Battery could always be better. Only last about a day. I don’t know whey they don’t have a charger that the watch can lay on. Like the Samsung gear you have kinda a stand charger.

Apple over Fitbit
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I could not decide between an Apple Watch or a Fitbit, and after hearing other’s experiences with both, I’m so glad I chose the Apple Watch Series 4. It’s everything I wanted plus the added fun stuff that not only links my phone with no problem, but truly inspired fitness accomplishments! Highly recommend, plus there are so many cute bands and face covers to alter the fashion to suit your mood. Only downside...a little steep on the price, thankful for bday gift cards! Tell Santa you need one!

Worth the wait!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awesome investment. I’ve been wanting an Apple Watch for about a year now, I’m particular when the Series 3 was out. I was between a rock and a hard place when the Series 4 was announced because I wanted the cellular but was told if my device is usually around me not to bother with the additional expense. It was great advice. I can still pick up calls if my phone is about 45 feet away. The sound quality is clear and pretty loud for a watch. I love the fact it automatically picks up when I start running and tracks my workout along with my HR. One con is it will not sync your “steps” from your phone to your watch for the day. (Like in case you kept your phone in your pocket THEN put on the watch.) It does track HR at various points throughout the day and motivates you to keep active by setting goals at the beginning/end of a week. The txt feature is nice, I’d like a modified keyboard just because it would probably make replying to txt faster. I do suggest updating your phone device PRIOR to opening your watch from the packaging because it does become a bit of a delay if you have to wait for it which takes some of the fun out from the initial experience. I got the sport band that came with my watch and I haven’t replaced it yet. I like how sleek the band is and how the rubber isn’t stiff unto the skin and it is smooth. It makes for an easier transition for those who haven’t worn watches before. I wish the bumpers/cases/screen protectors would have been more readily available for purchase when the preorders were delivered just because I find myself having to wait for them to be released with is a little nerve wracking (Let’s be honest, it’s an expensive device, I want it protected!) All in all, I really enjoy my watch and I use it daily since I’ve gotten it. It was completely worth the wait and worth the trading off of getting the S3-Cellular and just getting the S4-GPS.

A 73 year old woman went high tech.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this watch (and so much more) because I’ve had hard falls. I was closing a stuck drawer which stuttered when it closed. Because my arms were up the watch thought I had fallen. It sounded and had a message asking if I was ok. Also, yesterday I forgot something in my daughters house. It’s an effort to get out and unload the walker. I called my grandson on my watch and asked if he’d bring my phone and charger to me. Thirdly, I always wanted a Mickey Mouse Watch. SMILE

Glad I went with the 40mm
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have smaller wrists so I debated on the 40 vs 44 for awhile. I thought the 44 looked better but the 40 felt better. I ultimately went with the comfort of the 40 and bought a bumper case to protect it. The cool thing is that once the case was installed it was the perfect size and still had the comfort. If you have never checked out what an Apple Watch can do then I highly recommend you do. Very handy gadget that I use everyday.

Q: Questionwhats the difference between with gps or with gps+celular.
Asked by joe.
- A:Answer “GPS” only means that the watch has location capability. It also has the ability to answer phone calls and make calls only if your phone is in Bluetooth range. If it is “GPS+Cellular, you can use the watch to make and receive calls even without your iPhone nearby. It has its own cellular account which you will have an additional monthly fee with your provider.

Q: QuestionCan someone take a picture of this Gold color? Is it more of a rose gold or actual gold color?

Q: QuestionFor the carrier option, what does the GPS mean? Also, my carrier is Sprint. If I purchase and connect the watch with my phone, will they charge me for the calls or texts?
Asked by Lisa.
- A:Answer I would suggest going with the GPS version over the Cellular version. The GPS means your phone has to be in a certain range of the watch in order for it to text or call. Plus if you do cellular you can’t switch your apple watch from sprint to Verizon because it is locked to sprints network.

Q: QuestionWhat does cellular mean? Do I have to pay for phone service for this watch to work? Can I just opt to connect to wifi or my cell phones hotspot when needed? And will it work correctly when I do this?
Asked by Differences.
- A:Answer If you purchase the cellular version, you can make phone calls and stream music direct from the watch, without your phone nearby. The price for the watch with cellular is generally $100 more and you have to pay to put cellular service on the watch so you can do this. Generally this costs about $10 per month through your mobile phone's cellular service carrier (Verizon, ATT, TMobile, etc.). The features of the watch (including GPS) work without putting cellular service on it if you don't want to. You just can't make phone calls or stream from the watch independent from your phone without adding the service plan for it.

Q: QuestionIs this watch waterproof? I swim and would like to use in a swimming pool.
Asked by Swimgirl.
- A:Answer Apple Watch Series 1 and Apple Watch (1st generation) are splash and water resistant, but submerging Apple Watch Series 1 and Apple Watch (1st generation) isn't recommended. Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3, and Apple Watch Series 4 may be used for shallow water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. However, Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3, and Apple Watch Series 4 shouldn't be used for scuba diving, water skiing, or other activities involving high velocity water or submersion below shallow depth. Showering with Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3, and Apple Watch Series 4 is ok, but we recommend not exposing Apple Watch to soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, and perfumes as they can negatively affect water seals and acoustic membranes. Apple Watch should be cleaned with fresh water and dried with a lint free-cloth if it comes in contact with anything other than fresh water. Water resistance isn't a permanent condition and may diminish over time. Apple Watch can't be rechecked or resealed for water resistance. The following may affect the water resistance of your Apple Watch and should be avoided: Dropping Apple Watch or subjecting it to other impacts. Exposing Apple Watch to soap or soapy water, for example while showering or bathing. Exposing Apple Watch to perfume, solvents, detergent, acids or acidic foods, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, or hair dye. Exposing Apple Watch to high velocity water, for example while water skiing. Wearing Apple Watch in the sauna or steam room. Not all bands are appropriate for water use. For example, the stainless steel and leather bands aren't water resistant and shouldn't be exposed to liquids. What should I do if my Apple Watch gets wet? If water splashes on to your Apple Watch, wipe it off with a nonabrasive, lint-free cloth. Don't use heat, compressed air, or sprays. Clean and dry your Apple Watch, the band, and your skin after workouts or heavy sweating. After swimming, gently rinse Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3, and Apple Watch Series 4 with warm tap water. Dry Apple Watch and the band thoroughly if they're exposed to fresh water. Learn more about cleaning your Apple Watch. If your Apple Watch got wet and now its speaker sounds muffled, follow the steps below. Don't insert anything into the openings, for example the microphone or speaker ports, and don't shake the watch to remove water. Allowing your Apple Watch to charge overnight may speed up evaporation. On Apple Watch Series 3 and Apple Watch Series 4, measurements from the barometric altimeter may be less accurate if water gets into the air vent, for example during swimming. Normal altimeter performance will return after the water has evaporated. Apple Watch Series 2, Apple Watch Series 3, and Apple Watch Series 4 When you start a swimming workout, your Apple Watch automatically locks the screen with Water Lock to avoid accidental taps. When you're done, turn the Digital Crown to unlock the screen and clear any water from your Apple Watch. You hear sounds and may feel some water on your wrist. To manually clear water from Apple Watch, swipe up on the bottom of the watch face to open Control Center, tap Water Lock, then turn the Digital Crown to unlock the screen and clear water from the speaker.
