Hi Deborah, apple watch cellular is only available in limited countries, you should go to the apple website and search if Brazil has a cellphone company that supports e-sim card or offers it, in order for you watch to work with the network, otherwise you would have to just get the gps series.

What I always do is research what I intend to buy on the computer. That tells me what level I need to go with Apple products. For example, the watch I just purchased is a 4, it does SO many great things I don’t need a more expensive one. As for as it working in your country I suggest you contact the Apple company directly. I’m sure you can find exactly how on your computer. Good luck !
