“I am looking for the best watch that reads BP, oxygen levels, heart rate and other medical measurements available. It not clear which watch I should get! Please advise soonest. Thank you”

Apple Watch does not do many medical measurements. This series of watch can track menstrual cycles, volume of surround songs, heart rate, and take an ECG. It can track your physical activity and detect if you have fallen. But if you want BP or O2 levels you should consider a different product.
