• Yes but my was in perfect condition it looked brand new and I checked it with a eye piece Lol

• Open-box just simply means the package was opened. An open-box item can be in new condition just like an actual new one would. They usually have side notes (if there’s anything wrong with it whatsoever) on the item. And tells what open-box condition it is in.

• Its because who bought turned the product back in a 14 days interval. Maybe who bought choose the different color in the buying proccess or just didn't like the product.
