I am not sure of what you are asking “where to find them”. My watch has heart rate feature. You go to the heart rate menu, hold your finger on the crown without pressing it and your heart rate will show on the screen of your watch. When completed, you will be able to get your heart rate and it will also indicate if your heart is beating irregular.
