“Is this a one time fee for the 2 year plan, or monthly fee for the duration of the plan”

If you buy the apple care is a monthly payment I pay 7.99 per month

The one time fee for 2 year plan is just that, HOWEVER when I contacted Apple Support there are options to extend. I try to get the monthly because 1) I cancel when I want to 2) I don’t have to keep an eye on the end date of my 2 year plan.

It is a 1 time fee. But if you thibk they are not working properly or correctly, call Apple and tell them. They may replace them.

One time fee. But it only covers “Damage” not theft or loss too as the Best Buy Salesman indicated.
