A:AnswerNOPE. I am experiencing this now and that 2 year plan only covers DAMAGE, and requires the return of damaged item(s). Best Buy salesman lied because he told me “…damage, theft and loss..”. Apple Support said BestBuy got it wrong!
A:Answeryou shouldnt have to activate it, if you have an iphone you can go into settings > your profile at the top > subscriptions, and I think it should show there? but its active, if you need to use it u can make an appointment at an apple store or go to the website and follow their prompts to send it in to them
