NOPE. I am experiencing this now and that 2 year plan only covers DAMAGE, and requires the return of damaged item(s). Best Buy salesman lied because he told me “…damage, theft and loss..”. Apple Support said BestBuy got it wrong!

Lost, no. But if they are defective they should replace them for you. The problem is that sometimes they want you to send the defective Airpod or case back to them. Then they will replace it all.

No, only damage is covered. You can buy a replacement case and AirPod from Apple.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t. SMH I’ve lost mine and also the case! Went up there to see about them being replaced and they stated that it only covers if it’s water damage or damaged. Had to purchase a whole new set
