I've had every iteration of iMac since the first one and this one is just extraordinary. So speedy and beautiful, with an OS to match - videoconferencing is next-level, and Apple Intelligence has so much potential. I highly recommend as much RAM as you can afford - it comes with 16GB but I've already run up against that, so I'd recommend 24 as a minimum.

I am very relieved I purchased Apple care because it was long before I had to use it and I think it was helpful to correct my situation with full satisfaction concerning an iMac I purchased.

We went through the troubleshooting process and then went all as well they replaced my item for free. Picked it up in two days. They didn’t guarantee me the same color but I ultimately got the same color which was a win. The keyboard would’ve cost me almost $100 if I would’ve paid out-of-pocket. So it’s good to have

Very good choice especially when you buy an expensive device you want to make sure it is covered. Without apple care you will pay more than the product amount to fix one thing in case of an incident

I have only used it once, but solved my problem quickly. I started with AI and it quickly got me to a helpful real person who was very knowledgeable.
