Hello there, if anything went wrong with the software and hardware. I don’t think we have to paid anything as long as we have the covered. But if I’m not mistake that if you broke the screen you have to paid $129 deductible. Normally you could call them 800 number they will instruct you how to ship it to them. Since most of the store not open now.
