• You can set it for as low as 10 seconds all the way up to 1 minute. But live viewing is instantaneous.

• You can adjust the length of the recording, light, motion sensor. It's in the app. It's better than the older Arlo cameras.

• If you set the camera to record until activity stops, the camera will record as long as it detects audio or motion (up to 5 minutes). If the event exceeds 5 minutes, a new recording will start.
