• The Arlo Essential Indoor Camera is only compatible with a 2.4 GHz network. Please refer to the Arlo Ultra 2 Camera for compatibility with 5 GHz.

• Please disregard my 1st answer. I double checked my cameras and they are hooked up using 2.4 ghz. Please contact Arlo customer service direct to see if they can operate under 5 ghz. Sorry for any confusion.
