Typically Hotels have port isolation so that one device on the network can not see another, plus most authenticate through a splash page, which the camera wouldn't be able to access. The hotel may be able to accommodate network access by clearing the MAC Address of the device, however you would need to talk with the hotel staff about clearing this, or have them clear it with their vendor.
