Your options are simple. Run a power source to the camera. Another option, if outdoors, is a solar panel that provides unlimited power to the camera. You may not like the aesthetics however. Just comes down to personal preference, but those are your choices. Since the batteries last for several months and charge in a few hours, the batteries work great for my 4 cams, but that’s just my 2 cents. Hope this helps.

Generally any electrical work in our houses require an electrician and quite possibly a permit and/or inspection depending on your state and country. Me? I would wire mine own but definitely check on permit requirements from your county. Doing our own wiring can be deadly if we make a mistake. Your life is more important than the camera. Be safe and you can always call the corporate office for arlo with any and all questions or assistance.
