• I don't think so and it's not a good idea that you lose the 180 degree view that the camera provides

• No. Its physically too large for a peephole. Also, there would be no way for the visitor to press the button. However, the unit can be mounted outside your door with just 2 screws and you have full functionality with no wires needing to be run.
