the Arlo doorbells were designed to work with old school mechanical chimes *or* the wireless digital plug-in ones that Arlo makes and are therefore sold separately. i was unable to get our mechanical type chime to work with Arlo as our home wiring was not right- so i purchased the Arlo wireless chime and it works awesome!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can attach the Arlo Doorbell to existing wiring and Chime. I have mine set up that way and have not had any issues. the existing wiring/chime does need to be between 8 and 24 volts
