- Answer Arlo is all web base. Computer is the best but the phone app works and I am not sure if the app can be installed on a smart tv or not. Try going to myaccount from the web browser on your tv and see what you get.

- Answer No, I dont believe so. The cameras “report” to the hub, which, in turn, is connected to your internet.

- Answer It does not connect to your computer. Arlo stores the info on their cloud not on your computer Yes it sends you motion alerts. It will tell you if person car or animal as well

- Answer Yes, as far as I was able to tell before I returned the PRO2. This issue is that you have to sync the cameras to what ever base you like, they will not drag and drop from one to another. The Arlo "Smart" is the issue you are having because of the way they have changed the software and hardware config.
