A:AnswerArlo is all web base. Computer is the best but the phone app works and I am not sure if the app can be installed on a smart tv or not. Try going to myaccount from the web browser on your tv and see what you get.

A:AnswerYes, as far as I was able to tell before I returned the PRO2. This issue is that you have to sync the cameras to what ever base you like, they will not drag and drop from one to another. The Arlo "Smart" is the issue you are having because of the way they have changed the software and hardware config.
