• You can place it inside a window, you might get some glare off the window itself and you would not pick up the audio if needed. But I seen on Best Buy's website, they have a cover for your Arlo that has a little visor, that would help with the glare.

• It can, but of course this will depend on the cleanliness of the window. Also, you may get some motion detection off of a reflection.
