It will have a glare IF you turn the night mode LED on. This feature creates a red LED ring of light to increase lumens in the area of the camera. If you turn this feature off there will not be a glare, but the brightness of the area being monitored will be slightly lower.

Yes, the night vision will glare on any glass that is in front of it. Any camera will do this that has night vision.
