Yes it has a usb and wall plug adapter but in my opinion it charged faster with usb looking at the device battery app
That you download for free and it only came with one battery

Yes a usb charging cable is included along with adapter Plug for wall charger but for me it seemed to charge faster 
With usb only. You probably be better off looking at battery capacity in the Arlo phone app to see device battery percentage and he adjust from their.
