Yes it has a usb and wall plug adapter but in my opinion it charged faster with usb looking at the device battery app That you download for free and it only came with one battery

You probably be better off looking at battery capacity in the Arlo phone app to see device battery percentage and he adjust from their. It only comes with one battery
