“Did Arlo stop making cameras with the hex key lock? My original Best Buy - Arlo Ultra 2 came with a hex key to release the battery. I just bought another Ultra 2 and it just has a push button. Neither box explains this feature.”

I believe the hex key is only used for those cameras that come in and initial “package”. I bought the new Arlo cameras a few months ago and they had the hex key. I also bought two additional standalone cameras and neither had the hex key.
