“do night time videos require the floodlight to be on? this would alert theif and they could take camera - maybe that's not the point because their image would already be captured in the cloud? signed - i am a tech dummy thanks”

When camera is armed, it will detect and record motion within its range. You can choose to disable its spotlight and just record using its night vision when it detects motion at night. ^RM
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No they do not require the flood light The new ultra camera has a very nice night vision I don’t necessarily care for the cloud aspect as I have a smart hub where everything is stored
