“Are these ultra2 cameras fixed to the wall mount? I bought the pro4 and they were attached to the antitheft wall mount such that there was no other way to mount them unless I purchased new housing for them to mount another way without drilling.”

Yes, the camera on the Arlo Ultra 2 is fixed to the camera mount similar to the Arlo Pro 4.
