I bought this to use with my new cox wifi. It is plugged in (coax and power), the lights are all lit up, COX has s/n and MAC, but every time I try to activate it to set up internet access through COX, I get an error message "device not supported" HELP?? null

Hi Stella, 
Seems like the device hasn't been activated with Cox. Please call Cox's device activation helpline number to activate the device
