Yes, this device is compatible to work with Xfinity's services for speed tiers of upto 300 Mbps

Yes, this works well with Xfinity. I didn't even have to call customer service. After I signed into my account using the computer connected directly through the Ethernet cable, it set up the connection after a few minutes. Don't try to do it through wifi or in your phone - might seem dumb to say but I did try it to no avail.
