I have Xfinity also and have had this particular modem for about a month. I have been on the phone with the tech support three different times. And I have had everything checked out and I am still having problems. I am returning it and getting a different modem. Your problems are not your internet, they are the modem. Do not exchange it for this particular model.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is entirely possible for the modem to be defective, but I would say it's even more likely that the Xfinity "technician" wasn't 100% competent... I've had countless Xfinity techs not know what they were doing.
