• Have you tried disabling 2.4GHz? This vastly improved my performance although I have a wireless printer that only works on 2.4 so I had to add a second (different) SSID on 2.4 to add the wireless printer to my home network. Hope this helps.

• I haven't had any issues with mine. You might want to check your connections ...and contact your internet provider about your issues. Maybe the issue is on them. Good luck.
