Please try again later.It will work with any OS. the user interface is thru a web browser window: to run the user interface you hookup to the modem through the provided ethernet cable, type a web address into your browser, and type in the username and password provided in the product documentation. Other than that you need to contact your IP and let them know the modem's MAC address. They will make that switch for you.
