“I am looking for a 4 port modem compatible with xfinity, with a phone port, however I do not want it to give of a WiFi frequency at all. Which modem is the best choice. All of our home devices are Ethernet only.”

Hi Karm, You can opt for SVG2482AC, it is a voice gateway ( modem + wifi router) with 4 ethernet ports . You can put in bridge mode if you don't want to use the wireless functionality

My initial WiFi setup through COMCAST/Xfinity appeared to be okay, however I was randomly losing audio and being kicked out of WEBEX meetings? I went to Best Buy to see what I could do to improve my internet coverage. I purchased an ARRIS Surfboard DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and paired it with an ORBI Whole Home WiFi System. The two replaced my COMCAST/Xfinity modem/router box and allowed me to extend the WiFi coverage area, increase my upload/download speed and provided a stronger connection for all of my in-home wireless needs. I'm VERY PLEASED with Best Buys recommendations and with the systems that I purchased. I would highly recommend this same package/setup for KARM.
