• It comes with a small usb stick ( like a mini usb drive) that you stick into any of the ports on your playstation 4. When I plugged mine in the day I got it, it connected with the headphones right away.

• No. It is a Wireless USB headset which means nothing will be plugging into a 3.5 mm port on your PC, console, or controller. But make sure you buy the correct transmitter for your console.
