Customer Ratings & Reviews

Astros have always been known to be quite pricey, even the wired ones have a decent price tag on them. These specific headphones are absolutely great Mic quality is crystal clear, and the headphones themselves weigh nothing. Ive worn them over 6 hours at one point and never noticed them even on me. The sound quality is great and the EQ button lets you customize the sound to your needs for example gaming or watching a movie. The battery life is actually quite good for the features that it has, youll get a good 6 hours on mid volume before you need to recharge them. I constantly switch between using them on my PC and Xbox so having an easy wireless usb to just plug in is so convenient because it only takes 3 seconds to switch between the two. My only complaint is the price tag which is around 140$ with tax, thankfully i picked mine up on sale which i recommend waiting for as there are other headsets that perform similar for a lower price. All in all i have no actual complaints and they do what i need them to do.

Just picked up the Astro A20 Gen 2 in white/green for my Xbox Series X, and I'm really impressed. The sound is clear and balanced with solid bass—footsteps and explosions in games pop without being overwhelming. Super comfortable for long sessions thanks to the plush ear cushions and lightweight design; I forget I'm wearing them after a while. Battery life is excellent (easily lasts through multiple gaming marathons), and the wireless connection has been rock-solid with no dropouts. The flip-to-mute mic works great for chat, and mixing game audio with voice is easy right on the headset. Great value for the price—highly recommend if you're looking for a reliable, no-fuss Xbox/PC headset that looks sharp too!

Excellent gaming headset. The sound is clear and despite being a bit heavy, they are quite comfortable. You can play with voicechat/in game volume through headset and can silence yourself when raising the microphone. Battery lasts a long time. Only complaint I have is that headset won't indicate when it's fully charged (light when plugged in will remain same color no matter how many hours you've left it plugged in).

It’s very easy to hook up to my Xbox one. It feels very snug on my head. I hear everything really clearly and the battery life lasts long.

I had originally bought the PS Network headset for my stepson and he loves them. They are really comfortable and adjustable, the sound is clear, the charge is great. My stepson was gifted an Xbox for Christmas and we asked him if he wanted the same headset or if we should try a different one, he quickly responded with i want the same headset! So now he owns both, one for each network.never have a problem with them, they look awesome and are very durable. The charger is really long as well which is perfect when he hangs them on his gaming desk.

The Astro Gaming A20 Gen 2 Wireless Gaming Headset is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality audio experience. Right out of the box, the headset impresses with its sleek white and green design, making it a perfect match for Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One gamers. The sound quality is exceptional. Whether I’m playing an intense shooter or a story-driven RPG, the audio is crisp and immersive, with clear highs and deep bass that bring every game to life. The wireless connection is solid, with no noticeable lag, allowing me to stay fully engaged in the action without interruptions. One of the standout features is the microphone. My friends have commented on how clear my voice sounds during gaming sessions, even in heated multiplayer matches. The flip-to-mute mic is super convenient, making it easy to toggle communication on and off without fumbling with settings. Comfort-wise, the A20 Gen 2 doesn’t disappoint. The ear cushions are soft and breathable, perfect for extended gaming sessions, and the adjustable headband ensures a secure yet comfortable fit. Overall, this headset delivers on all fronts—great sound, clear communication, and a stylish design. If you’re a gamer looking to upgrade your audio experience, the Astro Gaming A20 Gen 2 is worth every penny!

The sound is good. The connectivity is good. My two issues with the headphones is the volume roller is in a terrible spot if you move your head you will ultimately adjust the volume up or down. Last issue is when you don’t want to use the headphones you have to disconnect the dongle.

Highly recommend this headset, has great audio and the speaker works amazing and it’s last very long time before needing to be recharged, 20/20 product that I highly recommend for gaming

Super comfortable the sound amazing You have few settings on the same headset easy to use. I love it.

Very comfortable. Light. Durable. Long battery life. Great sound. And easy to use. Great price. Very good product and highly recommended to anyone.

Really good headset, sound quality is amazing, the ear pads are soft and comfortable, the battery lasts a while.

This headset is lightweight and has good sound quality, different settings allow for bass boost, mid and high boost. Mic quality is decent, sounds like you’d expect a mic to..obviously not going to be a high quality podcast mic. I have a large head and would say comfort for me is about 7.5/10. The headset fits comfortably but would be even better if it had a little more room to play.

Amazing headset, I’ve bought this headset 4 times now with 2 of them being the Xbox version. Have a pair each for myself and then I bought my brother a pair of each for his consoles. Super comfortable for long (8+hrs). Has a great mic and even better audio. Super great value for the price of this headset, have owned my pair for over 2years and have never had a single issue

I was looking into buying wireless headphones and I found that this item is really worth its price .its simple and all you need to connect them is a usb drive that comes with the headphones. If you’re not trying to spend like 200 for the a50 headphones, this is a great alternative for the a50s. The audio is pretty loud and the mic is overall good.

Overall the headset is great for gaming, I do understand some of the complaints that some people have but everyone will see this headset differently. It’s a good solid headset that gets the job done. I’m happy with the purchase. The sound is good and the bass notes are solid, certain noises can be quiet but it isn’t a problem most of the time! Plus the best part is you can use it with a pc and xbox so that helps a lot

Gifted these to my husband, he loved them & uses them for playing live. They have good audio !

Very comfortable, great sound quality, works with my xbox one x and PC, sound balance with chat, adjustable, charges with c charger included, overall great product if i could find one thing wrong i would say people surrounding user can slightly hear what your listening too. I would recommend these to anyone looking for wireless xbox or PC headphones .

Good headset, sound quality is great and they fit well even though i have gauges, which is a huge plus over my last headset

i’ve been using this headset on my ps5 and pc and it works great! the sound is incredible and battery life is pretty decent

For its price point, five stars!!! This A20 feels like A50 in a cheaper package without the A50’s base amplifier. Not a bad thing, first time I used this with the ps5, I was blown away with how immersive it sounds. Using the third EQ PRESET (Pro preset) in warzone, the midtones lets me hear those enemy footsteps with pin point accuracy. The highs and the lows makes you think you’re really firing those guns yourself even on high volume levels without being distorted. The only con with this headset is the ear cups doesn’t swivel but the thick cushions compensate for it. Compared to the more expensive steelseries arctis 7p, which I returned in exchange for this, the A20 is more than satisfactory. I expected this to be better than the 7p but I didn’t expect it to be at least 3 times better considering it being cheaper!
