“Why does it say preorder if it came out already and what’s the release date”

• Has nothing to do with the headset. I bought it at Best Buy

• I believe the release date was in early or mid-October around the 10-16th. It may say pre-order due to limited quantity, maybe the product isn't in stock at BestBuy's warehouse and somewhere else, or BestBuy just never updated their system. But it's out now to purchase. I assume it's the quantity and production due to COVID.
