If you are seeing this battery life when web browsing and video playback, please contact Best Buy for warranty support. This unit should see approximately 6 hours of battery life during normal use. If this is your battery life when gaming, that is normal. For optimal performance, we always recommend gaming when plugged into the power adapter.
