• The OS on this computer is google. It isn't compatible with anything windows. If you are going to check email and facebook and amazon, this is a great computer.

• It is Chrome OS. Basically a PC-like android device. Its like having an android tablet with a keyboard and all your "programs" are basically individual apps. Hope this helps. I have this and it works great and does more than I initially imagined.
