No, Windows Ink is already a part of the computer. When you click on the Workspace icon, it gives you a screen you can draw on, highlight, etc and you save that edited image of what was on your screen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No additional software is needed but you will need an intelligent Bluetooth enabled stylus. The one most use is from Microsoft but it is rather pricey. Cheaper ones do not seem to work as well and run through their batteries very quickly.
