There are two USB-C ports, one on each side. Only the port on the left side is chargeable. The one of the right side is for data transfer only.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn't have any USB ports you need to use the adapter for power and USB port. It works fine since its USB type C.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think ASUS is confused on these specs, though I'm not sure why. If someone can prove me wrong, please do! I received this laptop last week and love it. I was surprised to find that both USB-C ports worked for power. I took pictures of both ports and their symbols because they are so small - very hard to read (attached). They appear to be identical). Secondly, on the ASUS website page for this laptop (https://www.asus.com/us/Laptops/Q325UA/specifications/), it makes no distinction between the two ports, listing them both as: 2 x Type C USB3.0 (USB3.1 GEN1). This doesn't mean necessarily that they both support power, but it does indicate that ASUS doesn't draw a distinction. Lastly, according to the symbols listed on this page https://www.asus.com/us/support/FAQ/1031377, both ports are powered. I have no idea why ASUS would say that one is limited to data.
