Error code 10. This is a notorious problem I have too and many others. it is actually worth a class-action case. It appears to be a Bluetooth driver & Intel updated driver versus Windows updates conflict. If technically inclined, you can get it to work again by uninstalling certain Intel network drivers do hard reboot, go immediately into BIOS select default settings, save and exit. up on Windows restart it will install an original driver from 2019 which works flawlessly. It is however not too reliable and sooner or later some of the enforced shoved down updates from Windows will mess it up again. Ultimate solution I have done is to get a USB port external mini Wi-Fi dongle (mine was $10) and plug it in to have reliable Wi-Fi.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Had the same issue barely a few months in too. Couldn’t fix it and sent it in. They said it was a rare issue, but a year later I am dealing with it again today! For such an expensive computer it’s a bummer to deal with, cause it is a great computer otherwise.
