• Sounds quite to me and very smooth. But with the sensitivity of the touch pad you really dont have to click.

• No, I think you just ran into a badd model with that issue my 1st that I bought had a squeaky hinge and the 2nd one had a burnt spot but this is an issue with all 2 in 1 laptops no matter what brand I went from HP to the a Seuss and right now I am loving every single 2nd of it
