I bought on Amazon a 5.99$ 3 additional 3.0 ports that has a cat 5 connection on the front. It plugs into the c port. I though I would rarly use it but it is very handy as I can stream / play x box games from there and sometimes of the day I need to be hard wired for a smooth connection. The fact that I also get 3 3.0 USB ports is a bonus. The fact that I am using the C port makes data transfers quick and painless. I hope this helps . So Yes is the answer just need the adapter from Amazon and a long enough cat 5 cable
