• Yes, a 720p webcam just above the front screen. Also has built in mics for audio and OK Google questions.

• Yes there is. Not only do you have a 720 HD webcam but you also have a dual microphone. You will have a tiny white light letting you know you are recording. I would also add, to get a sleeve or bag for it to keep it safe from scratches or dust while carrying it around.
