Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue. I exchanged mine for another and same thing happened again after the chrome os update. My bet is this will be something Asus will be addressing, hopefully soon. I ended up returning the 2nd one and opting for another brand chromebook. I was disappointed as it checked all the boxes in what I really wanted except this problem overshadows its potential.
