Unplug the monitor for a few minutes and it’ll reset it. Once that’s working go update your drivers for gpu and Mobo. I had same issue with mine and this solution worked for me

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try going Menu>Input Select>DVI to force it to look at the DVI port for input. If that doesn’t work, test different cables and output devices. If you have another monitor or a projector that works with the current output device and cable, I would send it back.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My DisplayPort Port would not work when I bought this monitor. But my DVI port would work how I fix this was hooked up to monitors one DVI and one DisplayPort and all the sudden to DisplayPort started working so try that with the DVI and HDMI and it should work if you have two monitors or a TV and a monitor will work too.
