I got this monitor last night and hooked it up. The dvi connection does not seem to be working. When I plug it in, it says no signal. HDMI works fine? Any suggestions? null

Unplug the monitor for a few minutes and it’ll reset it. Once that’s working go update your drivers for gpu and Mobo. I had same issue with mine and this solution worked for me

Mine worked fine. I used the cables that came with it. Could it be your video card? I have one on HDMI and another on DVI

Try going Menu>Input Select>DVI to force it to look at the DVI port for input. If that doesn’t work, test different cables and output devices. If you have another monitor or a projector that works with the current output device and cable, I would send it back.

My DisplayPort Port would not work when I bought this monitor. But my DVI port would work how I fix this was hooked up to monitors one DVI and one DisplayPort and all the sudden to DisplayPort started working so try that with the DVI and HDMI and it should work if you have two monitors or a TV and a monitor will work too.
