As long as the computer has either one of the ports (HDMI, DVI, or DisplayPort) it should work. The OS needs to be able to support the resolution, but only really old OS (that you are almost certainly not using) will have a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's compatible with any computer, but if there isn't a DisplayPort or dual link DVI-D out on your computer, you won't get 144Hz refresh rate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The monitor supports hdmi / dvi and display port most modern computers today support one of those 3 standards as most modern day motherboards come with at least hdmi as an input. To get use of the full 144hz you'll need either a display port or a dvi cable those typically rely on a modern day graphics card so to answer your question yes it will work but depending on your graphics card you may not get full use of the 144hz. The 144hz and 1ms response time is really useful for people who do online gaming so if that is your goal you should be in good shape. Either way this is an amazing monitor ultimately, if you're not going to be using for gaming I'd go for a IPS monitor rather than a tn panel as the colors for IPS panels are more vibrant throughout than in a TN panel like this one.
