“I have the Asus Imaginebook. It said the LG DVD writer was compatible, however in the setup it says I have to deactivate the S Mode for Windows 10 and i cannot reactivate. Is there a DVD writer that is capable to Windows 10 S mode for this laptop?”

To be able to use the DVD drive, Windows 10 S mode needs to be switched to Windows 10 Home. To successfully switch, WINDOWS 10 S needs to be setup completely and activated online. Once this is completed, please go to Settings, Activation then click "Go to Store" and follow the wizard in order to switch the OS free.
