• The answer from Asus Support about 65GB ram upgrade is worng. This Laptop uses soldered LPDDR5X memory and does not support any ram upgrade. So, you'll only have 32Gb of memory. There will be a 64GB ersion but I don't think that will be available in North America.

• However there us a 64 GB variant available now. Plus: it is available from Bestbuy, also you can optionally get Geek Squad warranty for extra $. Minus: it seems to cost an extra fortune for the additional 32 GB - like Apple pricing. Plus: if I recall they may throw in a free stylus, which you want anyway.

• If you want 64GB of RAM, you will need to purchase directly from ASUS. The RAM is soldered, so it is not upgradable.

• This laptop model is not available with a preinstalled 64GB RAM. Yes, you may need Geek Squad to add a 32GB RAM module separately.
